Modern architecture meets the charm of times gone by in the ""detached houses in Mühlenpark"" project in Aachen-Laurensberg. Those participating in the project demonstrated that they had a flair for taste, location and design. The use of high-quality construction products and ensuring that the building operation ran efficiently were equally as important. Use was therefore made of the PENTAFLEX KB® Plus innovation. This bifunctional product meets two requirements placed on new buildings at the same time in just one work step: A reliable joint seal against pressurised water and the creation of the equipotential bonding conductor.
This product was installed in semi-detached houses with a water-impermeable cellar. The standard sealing elements were fitted without difficulty. The total fitting time for 40 running metres of PENTAFLEX KB® Plus was only one hour.
