Company history

The PUK-WERKE were formally founded in 1969. However, our history goes back into the 30ies of the last century. Today, we look back on 70 years of successful entrepreneurship

The Berlin companies Hermann Pohl OHG (founded 1951) and Anton Klein OHG (founded 1935) are the roots of our company today. Their shareholders decided 1969 to bundle their business activities into the PUK-WERKE KG.

The fusion of the companies set them on a trail of success. Synergy allowed for intensive market development in Germany, leading to rapidly growing international business opportunities.

Both of the founding companies had started their successful business with the cable clamp - still known today as "Pohl-Schellen" (Pohl-Clamps) or "KSV-Schellen" (KSV-Clamps). Soon design and development lead to the production of cable-support systems. Today, an innovative range of products is available - supplemented with underfloor systems including new, patented solutions.
